After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion – especially in cases of pricing errors, lack of availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All prices are quoted in EUR.
Prices include statutory VAT (where applicable), but not shipping costs, which are added at checkout.

Return & Refund Policy
At HerbEllada, we place great emphasis on the quality of our herbs, spices, teas, and olive oils.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our policy below.
1. Return policy
Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused and originally packaged products.
You must inform us of your intended return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please send an email to herbellada@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return process
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the goods.
The customer bears the return shipping costs, unless the product was faulty or delivered incorrectly.
3. Inspection and Reimbursement
A refund will only be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
If the items meet our return policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Items not eligible for exchange
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
Should you receive damaged or incorrect items, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt – with photos and a description of the problem – at herbellada@yahoo.com .
We will arrange for a replacement or refund immediately.
